We also have a team of bank staff as backup to cover when a member of staff is absent. All of our staff attend training courses to continue improving their knowledge and understanding in all of the different areas of early years education.

The team recognises the importance of working alongside parents and strives to develop good working relationships with parents and carers.

Every child is allocated a Key Worker who will be responsible for keeping records of the child’s achievements during sessions through continual observation. Parents are invited to attend a consultation with their child’s key worker twice a year.
